  • Development and implementation of the "Specialization Course in Logistics Integrated to Controlling" in partnership with Universidade de São Paulo. The objective of this course was to create a link between business and theory while offering first class education to Ford employees. This program has been the first of its kind and a pioneer worldwide.
  • Development and implementation of Industrial Condominium and Advanced Warehouse program, reaching US$ 320 thousand OF inventory reduction.
  • Development and implementation of the Time Window System for material delivery at São Bernardo do Campo plant, with an improvement of 9 hrs and 42 min in the total cycle time.
  • Implementation of Just In Time, Pre-sequenced and Kanban program for long term suppliers at Ford Brazilian Plants.
  • Development and implementation of the Pay On Production program for local long-term suppliers reaching a US$ 70 thousand in inventory carrying cost.
  • Development of the payment system based on a perceptual over the value of the material being transported for Milk Run program.
  • Participation on CKD exports projects such as Freightliner program to US, Escort insource program to Brazil and Fiesta to Venezuela.
